Back in time to Florida

Big Gator

These pictures are for our RVing friends.  We RVer's always like to see pictures of campgrounds.  After we left Fort Lauderdale, we headed to Lake Okeechobee.  We stayed at a Palm Beach County park.  South Bay RV Park is right next to the levee for the lake.  It's got full hookups, very well taken care of and we enjoyed the park very much.  There's a Super Walmart 15 miles up the road in Clewiston.
Super Walmarts are very important to RVers also.

Since we were at Lake Okeechobee, John and Paty came over and took us out in their boat.  John has spent most of his life fishing and hunting around the lake and knows so much of the history, wildlife and has some interesting stories of the area.  It was a beautiful day to go out.  Lots of gators and birds.  Thanks John and Paty.
